Installation Procedure

  1. Install Vacuum Pump Gasket (2)
  2. Install Vacuum Pump (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install Vacuum Pump Bolt (1) and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  4. Connect Radiator Inlet Hose @ Water Outlet - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9)
    5. Fig 3: Retainer

  5. Install Retainer (1) - [2x]
  6. Connect Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe @ Vacuum Pump Assembly - Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement (LTG)
  7. Install Intake Manifold Cover - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  8. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
