Installation Procedure

- Front Lower Control Front Link - Install
- Front Lower Control Front Link Bolt - Install
Install a NEW bolt.
- Front Lower Control Front Link Nut - Install
- Front Lower Control Front Link Bolt - Tighten
Tighten
- First Pass: 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
- Final Pass: (90-105 degrees)
- Steering Knuckle Nut - Install and tighten
Tighten
- First Pass: 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
- Final Pass: (120-135 degrees)
- Strut Assembly @Steering Knuckle - Install Strut Assembly Removal and Installation (FE2 or FE3 With F55) Strut Assembly Removal and Installation (FE2 Without F55) Strut Assembly Removal and Installation (FE4 With F55)
- Front Stabilizer Shaft Link @Strut Assembly - Install Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement (Non V-Series) Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement (V-Series)
- Front Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement (RWD)Front Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement (AWD) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) - Install
- Front Brake Rotor Cooling Duct Deflector Replacement - Install
- Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series October 4th 2015 and Earlier)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series October 5th 2015 and Later)
- Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement

This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.
