Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the I/P retainer. Refer to Instrument Panel Retainer Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Locating GPS Screws

  2. Remove the screws (1) securing the global position antenna to the I/P carrier.
    3. IMPORTANT: Do not splice the wiring or make the antenna lead shorter.
  3. Remove the wiring from the carrier.
