Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
    2. Fig 1: Locating Electrical Connector For Vehicle Speed Sensor

  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the vehicle speed sensor.

  3. Remove the following parts:
    • The vehicle speed sensor
    • The O-ring seal
