Shift Tower: Installation

  1. Install the shift tower housing to the transmission. See Figure.
  2. Install the shift tower housing bolts. Tighten the shift tower housing bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the boot to the shift tower.
  4. Install the shift boot screws. Tighten the shift boot screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Install the shift lever to the shift tower. See Figure.
