Installation Procedure

  1. Install crossover pipe.
  2. Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

    Install crossover pipe bracket fastener to cylinder head.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fasteners to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the Bank 2 manifold pipe. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Replacement - Bank 2 .
  4. Install the shut-off outlet hose clamp at the crossover pipe.
