Code 82, Transmission 1-2 Error - All Models: Notes

NOTE: Test numbers refer to numbers on diagnostic chart.
  1. This test checks 1-2 shift solenoid and internal transmission wiring harness for short circuits.
  2. This test checks for power, from ignition through fuse, to shift solenoid.
