Test D: Only Rear Window Release Function Does Not Operate (2 Of 2)

  1. Place transmission in PARK. Press rear window release switch on I/P. If endgate opens, go to the next step. If endgate does not open, got to WINDOW/LIFTGATE RELEASE - REAR .
  2. Connect voltmeter at terminal "B" of remote keyless entry module connector C1. Press transmitter to open rear window. If there is battery voltage, locate and repair open in BLK (56) wire from module connector C1 to liftgate glass release motor. If there is no battery voltage, replace keyless entry module and reprogram the module to transmitter. See CONTROL MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION and PROGRAMMING  .
