Code 69, Torque Converter Clutch Stuck On: Notes

The PCM commands the TCC PWM solenoid on by modulating the signal fluid on the converter clutch shift valve. The TCC apply fluid applies the torque converter clutch.

NOTE: Test numbers refer to numbers on diagnostic chart.
  1. Checks the mechanical state of the TCC. When the TCC is commanded off, the slip speed should increase.
