Wipers Inoperative In All Modes
- Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Check voltage at White wire terminal of wiper switch connector. See Figure . If battery voltage is not present, repair open in White wire between wiper switch and fuse.
- If battery voltage is present, check voltage at Gray wire terminal of wiper switch connector with wiper switch in LOW position, and at Purple wire with wiper switch in HIGH position. If battery voltage is not present at one or both wires, replace wiper switch.
- If battery voltage is present at both wires, disconnect wiper motor connector. Connect fused jumper wire between battery positive terminal and Gray wire terminal of wiper motor connector. If wipers do not operate, replace delay module or wiper motor. If wipers operate, repair open in Gray or Purple wire between wiper switch and wiper motor.
