Cleaning & Inspection

Clean all metal parts in a cold immersion-type cleaner and blow dry with compressed air.
DO NOT immerse throttle position sensor, idle air control valve, fuel injector(s), fuel filter, or fuel meter cover and pressure regulator assembly in cleaning solvent.
Inspect throttle body assembly casting surfaces for damage.
