Front Wheel Speed Sensor: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE: Vehicles without dynamic suspension shown below, dynamic suspension similar.
  1. Remove the wheel and tire. Refer to: Wheel and Tire .
  2. Remove the front fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield .
  3. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor electrical connector and detach the harness retainers.

  4. Using compressed air, clean the area surrounding the front wheel speed sensor.

  5. Remove the bolt, detach the harness retainer and remove the front wheel speed sensor.

    Torque: 9 Nm
