- NOTE: The Inverter System Controller (ISC) is referred to as the SOBDMC (Secondary On-Board Diagnostic Control Module C) in the scan tool.
Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition SOBDMC P0560:00 System Voltage: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets when the "hot at all times" connection to the 12V Battery is open. Possible Causes
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- 12V Battery
- BL1 CHECK THE PSR VOLTAGE PARAMETER IDENTIFICATIONS (PIDS)
Access the SOBDMC and monitor the ECU_VPWR (V) PIDAccess the SOBDMC and monitor the ECU_VPWR_HR (V) PID
- While monitoring the PID, inspect the harness for an intermittent circuit issue while wiggling the harness at the Inverter System Controller (ISC).
Are the PID voltages within 3 volts of each other?
Yes GO to BL2 No With the aid of the wiring diagram, REPAIR the affected circuit. - BL2 CHECK THE INVERTER SYSTEM CONTROLLER (ISC) VBATT CIRCUIT VOLTAGE
- Ignition OFF.
- Disconnect Inverter System Controller (ISC) C199A.
- Ignition ON.
- Measure:
Positive Lead Measurement / Action Negative Lead C199A Pin 34 Ground
Is the voltage within 2 volts of battery voltage?
Yes Test is complete, no faults were found. CLEAR the Inverter System Controller (ISC) DTC s. No DIAGNOSE the high battery voltage symptom REFER to: DIRECT CURRENT DIRECT CURRENT (DC DC) CONVERTER CONTROL MODULE .
