DTC DESCRIPTION P0887 - TCM POWER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT HIGH

Description: This DTC sets when the ISP-R circuit indicates the ignition is in the OFF, ACC, or LOCK position, and the amount of time the TCM remains powered through the TCM power relay exceeds a predetermined amount of time.
Possible Causes: B+ circuit intermittent open PWRGND circuit intermittent open TCMRC circuit open TCMRC circuit short to voltage VPWR circuit intermittent open VPWR intermittent short to ground
Diagnostic Aids: This DTC may generate a module reset. The powertrain malfunction indicator wrench light will also illuminate in the IPC.
