Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

With the ignition ON, the diagnostic scan tool communicates with the ABS module over the HSCAN2. Communications can be interrupted by a wiring condition such as a short to ground, a short to voltage or an open circuit; module failure is also a cause of no communication.
