Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The PCM continuously monitors the CAN for messages from the ABS. This DTC sets when the PCM does not receive the ABS message within the defined amount of time.

Possible Sources

Connectors damaged or pushed-out terminals, corrosion, loose wires and missing or damaged seals
Communication error
Low battery condition
Battery recently replaced
BJB fuse 7 (40A)
BJB fuse 8 (30A)
ABS module
PCM
