P0686 - ECM/Pcm Power Relay Control Circuit Low

P0686 - ECM/PCM POWER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT LOW

Description:  This DTC sets when the PCM power relay is commanded OFF and the PCMRC circuit continuity to ground time exceeds a calibrated time.
Possible Causes: 
  • PCMRC circuit short to ground
  • Damaged PCM
Diagnostic Aids: 
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to Pinpoint Test B .
