Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM): Removal

Vehicles with rear bench seat 

• 1.
  
  Remove the rear seat cushion.

  • 1.
    
    Detach the fastener covers.

  • 2.
    
    Remove the fasteners.

    Torque: 18 lb.ft (24 Nm)

  • 3.
    
    Lift the cushion forward and remove.

Vehicles with split rear seat backrest 

• 2.
  
  Position the RH front seat all of the way forward.

• 3.
  
  Raise the RH rear seat cushion and fold forward.

• 4.
  
  Position the RH weather-strip aside and then remove scuff plate.

• 5.
  
  Remove the RH outboard safety belt lower anchor bolt.

  Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

• 6.
  
  
  NOTE: The FPDM is held in place with an adhesive backing.

  Disconnect the FPDM electrical connector and remove the FPDM.
