Install the PTU support bracket and the PTU support bracket bolts.Torque:
PTU support bracket to engine block: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
PTU support bracket to PTU: 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)

Install the roll restrictor bracket and the roll restrictor bracket bolts.Torque
: 66 lb.ft (90 Nm)
- 8.
Install the subframe brackets and the new front subframe rearward bolts.Torque
: 148 lb.ft (200 Nm)
- 11.
Install the RH turbocharger oil return line. REFER to: Turbocharger Oil Return Tube .
- 12.
Install the RH roll restrictor. REFER to: Roll Restrictor RH - 6F35.
- 13.
Using the index mark, position the driveshaft and install the new driveshaft-to-PTU output flange bolts.Torque
: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)
- 14.
Fill the PTU fluid. REFER to: Power Transfer Unit Fluid Level Check .
- 15.
Install the catalytic converter RH. REFER to: Catalytic Converter .
- 16.
Install the front halfshaft RH. REFER to: Front Halfshaft RH - AWD .
- 17.
Check and if necessary, adjust the front toe. REFER to: Front Toe Adjustment .
