Removal And Installation: Radiator: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: To ensure the transmission fluid cooler tubes are secure, push, pull then push the transmission cooler tubes on the transmission fluid cooler.

  3. Check and top off the transmission fluid.

    Material:  Motorcraft® MERCON® LV Automatic Transmission Fluid (U.S.)/XT-10-QLVC (U.S.) (WSS-M2C938-A) (MERCON® LV)

  4. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
