Front Sliding Glass Panel Adjustment

NOTE: The front sliding glass panel initialization procedure must be done when repairs are carried out on the roof opening panel system, including: any time the roof opening panel motor has been removed, the roof opening panel glass (rear fixed or front sliding) has been removed or adjusted, or if the roof opening panel frame has been removed.

Position the front sliding glass panel to the fully closed position.

Measure the front sliding glass panel to roof and roof height at the front of the glass, the side of the glass and the front sliding glass panel to rear fixed glass panel as shown below.

If necessary. Place the roof opening panel shield to the fully open position.

If necessary. On both sides, remove the roof opening panel blind.

If necessary. Adjust the front sliding glass.

  NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.
  
  On both sides. Loosen the retaining bolts.
  
  Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

  Adjust the front sliding glass panel to specifications from the previous steps.

If any adjustment was made on the front sliding or rear fixed glass panels, initialize the front sliding glass panel. Refer to: Power Roof Opening Panel Initialization .
