DTC P2418: EVAP Control System Switching Valve Control Circuit/Open

DTC P2418: EVAP CONTROL SYSTEM SWITCHING VALVE CONTROL CIRCUIT/OPEN

Description:	This DTC sets when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum limit for the commanded state of the fuel tank isolation valve (plug in vehicles) or the vapor blocking valve (all others).
Possible Causes:	VPWR circuit open FTIV circuit open (plug in vehicles) FTIV circuit short to ground (plug in vehicles) Damaged fuel tank isolation valve (plug in vehicles) VBV circuit open (all others) VBV circuit short to ground (all others) Damaged vapor blocking valve (all others)

Application	Key On Engine Off	Key On Engine Running	Continuous Memory
