The eighth VIN position is the engine displacement and number of cylinders code.

F - 5.0L, Dual Overhead Camshaft (DOHC), 4-valve, sequential electronic fuel injection, 8-cylinder
M - 3.7L, 4-valve, port fuel injection, 6-cylinder
U - 5.0L, DOHC, 4-valve, electronic fuel injection, 8-cylinder
Z - 5.8L, DOHC, 4-valve, electronic fuel injection, supercharged, 8-cylinder
