Modem - Antenna: Removal

NOTE:
For vehicles with an in-dash computer, the customer must contact the internet service provider to re-activate the account after the modem-antenna has been replaced. The account must be re-activated before internet services can operate correctly.
- Turn the ignition to OFF.
- Remove the in-dash computer. For additional information, refer to IN-DASH COMPUTER .
- Remove the modem-antenna screw and the lower bracket.
- Remove the modem-antenna.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Rotate the modem-antenna behind the instrument panel bracket and remove it.
