Tool Link

The Tool Link™ system consists of the following:

In-dash computer
Tool Link™ reader (located in the LH side of the cargo area behind the driver seat)
Three Tool Link™ antennas (located throughout the cargo area)
Tool ID tags (one tag located on each tool at the discretion of the customer)

The Tool Link™ antenna module uses the Tool Link™ antennas to broadcast a locator signal throughout the vehicle cargo area. The tool ID tags are read by the antennas to identify which tools are currently in the vehicle cargo area. This information is sent to the in-dash computer, where the user can inventory the available tools.
