Pinpoint Test E: Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

• Harness circuits: MAP, SIGRTN, and VREF
• MAP sensor
• Powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)

Reference values may vary by 0.3 volt depending on operating conditions, engine load, temperature, altitude, vehicle speed and other factors.
