Removal and Installation

WARNING: If equipped with fire suppression system, depower the system. For important safety warnings and procedures, refer to FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM .

With vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING .
Remove the bolts and the intake manifold shield.

Disconnect the nut at the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module.

Disconnect the nut at the exhaust manifold.

Remove the tube.

To install, reverse the removal procedure. If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system.
