  • The audio unit is inoperative
  • Central junction box (CJB) fuse:
    • 6 (15A).
    • 25 (10A).
  • Circuitry.

  • The audio unit does not operate correctly - display is blank
  • Audio unit.
  • REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized Ford audio system repair facility. TEST the system for normal operation.
  • The audio unit does not operate correctly - the audio unit stays on with the ignition off and the driver door open
  • Circuitry.
  • Delayed accessory relay.
  • The cassette player is inoperative
  • Audio unit.
  • REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized Ford audio system repair facility. TEST the system for normal operation.

  • No sound from all of the speakers-without the video system

  • REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized Ford audio system repair facility. TEST the system for normal operation.
  • The audio unit back lighting is inoperative - all other I/P lighting functions operate correctly
