Actuator Cable - Speed Control: Notes
- Remove the speed control actuator cable end from the throttle body.
- Lift the speed control cable from the throttle nailhead.
- Release the speed control cable from the throttle bracket.

- Remove the speed control cable from the retaining clips.

- Remove the LH front wheel and tire assembly. For additional information, refer to
WHEELS & TIRES
.
- Position aside the LH front splash shield.
- Remove the pin-type retainers.
- Remove the screws.
- Position aside the LH front splash shield.

- Depress the locking tap and rotate the speed control actuator cable cap to remove.

- Disconnect the speed control actuator cable from the speed control servo pulley.
- Gently push in the retaining spring.
- Disconnect the speed control cable slug from the speed control servo pulley.
