OBD-II PID Data Monitor: Description

The Parameter Identification (PID) mode allows access to certain data values, analog and digital inputs and outputs, calculated values, and system status information. Throughout the testing, there will be references to PID values. PID Data Monitor and Record can be accessed from the scan tool through the Diagnostic Data Link menu.
