Poor vehicle tracking during anti-lock function	Tire pressure/tire condition. Base brake system. Air in brake hydraulic system. Hydraulic control unit (HCU).	REFER to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES . Go To PINPOINT TEST F: POOR VEHICLE TRACKING DURING ANTI-LOCK FUNCTION .
The traction control is inoperative	Tires. Circuitry. Base brake system. Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module.	Go To PINPOINT TEST G: THE TRACTION CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE/CANNOT BE DISABLED . REFER to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
The yellow ABS warning indicator does not self-check	Low battery voltage. Circuitry. Instrument cluster. Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module.	Go To PINPOINT TEST H: THE YELLOW ABS WARNING INDICATOR DOES NOT SELF-CHECK .
The yellow ABS warning indicator and traction control active indicator always on - no DTCs	Low battery voltage. Circuitry. Instrument cluster. Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module.	Go To PINPOINT TEST H: THE YELLOW ABS WARNING INDICATOR DOES NOT SELF-CHECK .
The traction control cannot be disabled	Circuitry. Traction control switch. Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module.	Go To PINPOINT TEST G: THE TRACTION CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE/CANNOT BE DISABLED .
Red brake warning indicator always on with ABS lamp	ABS module connector not connected. Electronic brake distribution (EBD).	CONNECT the ABS module connector. RETRIEVE the Circuitry. DTCs. REFER to Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index .
Red brake warning indicator always on when the ignition switch is in RUN	Parking brake. Brake fluid level. Circuitry. Instrument cluster.	REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . REFER to BRAKE SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION .
Unable to enter self-test - communication OK	Anti-lock brake system (ABS) control module connector not connected. Ignition switch position. Diagnostic tool. ABS module	Go to PINPOINT TEST J: UNABLE TO ENTER THE SELF-TEST - COMMUNICATION OK .
