Right Rear Quarter Flip Window

  1. Disconnect right rear quarter flip window motor 2-pin harness connector. Measure resistance between ground and right rear quarter flip window motor harness connector Yellow/Black wire terminal. If resistance is 5 ohms or more, go to next step. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to step  3 .
  2. Disconnect master window regulator control switch 6-pin harness connector C502. Measure resistance of Yellow/Black wire between right rear quarter flip window motor harness connector terminal and master window regulator control switch harness connector C502 terminal No. 4. See Figure . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace master window regulator control switch. If resistance is 5 ohms or more, repair open in Yellow/Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  3. Disconnect master window regulator control switch 6-pin harness connector C502. Measure resistance between ground and right rear quarter flip window motor harness connector Yellow/Black wire terminal. If resistance is 10 k/ohms or more, go to next step. If resistance is less than 10 k/ohms, repair short to ground in Yellow/Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  4. Connect master window regulator control switch 6-pin harness connector C502. Measure resistance between ground and right rear quarter flip window motor harness connector Yellow/Light Blue wire terminal. If resistance is 5 ohms or more, go to next step. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to step  6 .
  5. Disconnect master window regulator control switch 6-pin harness connector C502. Measure resistance of Yellow/Light Blue wire between right rear quarter flip window motor harness connector terminal and master window regulator control switch harness connector C502 terminal No. 1. See Figure . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace master window regulator control switch. If resistance is 5 ohms or more, repair open in Yellow/Light Blue wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  6. Disconnect master window regulator control switch 6-pin harness connector C502. Measure resistance between ground and right rear quarter flip window motor harness connector Yellow/Light Blue wire terminal. If resistance is 10 k/ohms or more, replace rear quarter flip window motor. See REAR QUARTER FLIP WINDOW MOTOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If resistance is less than 10 k/ohms, repair short to ground in Yellow/Light Blue wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
