Test H: Speed Control Does Not Disengage When Clutch Is Applied

Ensure ignition switch is in LOCK position. Disconnect Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch harness connector C825. Measure resistance between terminals No. 1 and 3 at CPP switch (component side). See Figure . Resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms when clutch pedal is depressed and less than 5 ohms when clutch pedal is released. If resistance is as specified, replace speed control servo/actuator. If resistance is not as specified, replace CPP switch.
