Test J: Set/ACCEL Switch Is Inoperative

NOTE: After any repairs are complete, perform self-diagnostics. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  .

Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect speed control servo/actuator harness connector C102. While pressing SET/ACCEL switch and rotating steering wheel from stop to stop, measure resistance between terminals No. 5 (Light Green wire) and No. 6 (Dark Green/Orange wire) at speed control servo/actuator harness connector C102. See Figure . If resistance is 612-748 ohms, replace speed control servo/actuator. If resistance is not 612-748 ohms, replace speed control switch.
