Symptom Checks

Perform the following:

• If TCIL is flashing and Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) is also on, perform MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT (MIL)  symptom check.
• Check TCIL circuit. See AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SERVICING article in TRANSMISSION SERVICING.
