Possible Causes

Low voltage at air bag diagnostic monitor terminal No. 11 may be caused by a short to ground is present in circuits No. 931 (Brown/Black wire), 932 (Brown/Red wire), 933 (Brown/Green wire), 937 (Gray wire), 938 (Red wire), 939 (Green/Red wire), 944, 944A, 944B, or 944D (Green/White wire). Low voltage at this terminal may also be caused by an internal short to ground in clockspring, safing sensor, any front impact sensor, or short to case ground in driver-side or passenger-side air bag module.
