Wipers Inoperative At Low Speed

  1. Perform step 2) of WIPERS INOPERATIVE. Replace multifunction switch as necessary. If switch is okay, go to next step.
  2. Disconnect wiper motor connector. Turn ignition on. Turn wiper switch to low position. Measure voltage between ground and Blue/White wire at wiper motor connector. If battery voltage is present, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage is not present, repair Blue/White wire as necessary.
