Wipers Inoperative At Low Speed

  1. Perform step 2) of WIPERS INOPERATIVE. Replace switch if it is defective.
  2. Unplug wiper motor connector. Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage at Blue/White wire on connector. If battery voltage exists, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/White wire between switch and motor.
