Check For Open Circuits

Reconnect wiring to fuse panel. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage at Black/White wire at 6-pin speed control module connector. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is not greater than 10 volts, repair Black/White wire.
