Harness Short To Battery Positive Check

Turn ignition on. Disconnect EVO actuator valve. Using a voltmeter, measure voltage at control module connector between pins No. 14 and 21, and between pins No. 21 and 26. If voltage is greater than 5 volts, proceed to QUICK TEST G1  . If voltage is less than 5 volts, proceed to QUICK TEST H9  .
