Section 7 (Drive Axle - Front): Identification

Axle application can be determined through the axle code on the Safety Certification Label on left door pillar. Additionally, a metal identification tag stamped with gear ratio and diameter is secured to housing cover. See DRIVE AXLE RATIO IDENTIFICATION article.
