Fuel Rail - 2.3L Mustang: Removal

  1. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE  . Remove the fuel supply and fuel return lines. Refer to FUEL LINE CONNECTOR  . Remove negative battery cable. Remove wiring harness from injectors.
  2. Remove injector retaining bolts. Carefully disengage fuel rail from injectors. Remove fuel rail assembly.
