Test 15, Check VRS+ Bias At EDIS Module

With key off and ECA disconnected, set DVOM to 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between breakout box pins No. (+) J35 (VRS+ E) and (-) J7 (BAT -). If voltage is 0.8-2.2 volts, go to next test. If voltage is not 0.8-2.2 volts, go to TEST 17.
