Electronic DISTRIBUTORLESS Ignition System (EDIS)

The EDIS system consists of a Variable Reluctance Sensor (VRS) mounted at the front crankshaft pulley, an engine mounted coil pack, and a fender mounted EDIS control module. A 12-pin connector is used at the control module to link it to the ECA and ignition components.
