Test Kc: Step 2

2) Attempt to Eliminate Code 45 (AM2 Only)  This step checks AM2 solenoid only. Disconnect and plug vacuum hose at diverter valve. Turn key off and wait 10 seconds. Repeat KOER Self-Test and record codes. If Code 45 is displayed, EEC-IV system is okay. Check diverter valve and check valve for faults. If Code 45 is not displayed, go to step 4).
