Test Aa: Step 6

6) Check PIP For Short To Power  Turn key off and wait 10 seconds. With breakout box installed, disconnect ECA. Disconnect EDIS module. Set DVOM on 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between test pin No. 56 at the breakout box and the battery negative post. If voltage is greater than 7 volts, repair short to power. Remove breakout box and rerun QUICK TEST. If not, go to next step.
