Test Km: Step 4
4) Check Continuity Between WAC Relay & A/C De-Icing Switch Turn key off, and disconnect WAC relay. Set DVOM on 200-ohm scale. Measure resistance between A/C deicing switch output to the WAC relay at the A/C deicing switch vehicle harness connector and the A/C deicing switch input at the WAC relay vehicle harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, reconnect WAC relay and diagnose A/C system (A/C deicing switch voltage circuit and operation). If resistance is not less than 5 ohms, repair open circuit and reconnect components. Recheck system.
