Wire Harness Ground Short

Turn ignition off. Proceed to trunk and lower module packaging tray behind driver's side of back seat. Disconnect 60-pin connector at ARC module. Check resistance between pins No. 60 and No. 43. If resistance is more than 1000 ohms, proceed to QUICK TEST E6. If less than 10 ohms, inspect harness for short to ground.
