Power Distribution Center

INSTALLATION 

  1. Position the Power Distribution Center (PDC) into the PDC base in the engine compartment.

  2. Connect the bulkhead connectors located in the base of the PDC (2) by pressing doing on the two cam levers (1).

  3. Connect the positive (+) battery cable and install the fastener (1) to the positive (+) battery cable at PDC and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  4. Install the positive (+) battery cable cover (1).

  5. Install the PDC cover (2) onto the PDC assembly and verify the locking tabs (1) are securely engaged.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
