Module, Park Assist: Installation

  1. Position the Park Assist Module (PAM) (1) to the lower liftgate opening sill reinforcement.
  2. Reinstall the retainers (2) that secure the PAM to the lower liftgate opening sill reinforcement.
  3. Reconnect the body wire harness connectors (3) to the PAM connector receptacles.
  4. Reinstall the scuff plate onto the rear liftgate opening sill. Refer to PLATE, SCUFF, LIFTGATE SILL, INSTALLATION .
  5. Reinstall the rear storage box into the cargo area. Refer to BOX, STORAGE, REAR, INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
